Maizie and I were so excited when it started snowing on Christmas Eve morning. We couldn't wait to get on our boots and play around in it for a bit. When I say we, I mean it, its crazy how much fun snow is again once you have a kiddo. I just love to watch the amazement on her face when she is looking at those falling snow flakes. I used to hate the snow and I imagine if I had to go to work everyday and get Miss Maizie to and from child care in the snow I might still hate it, but since I don't I LOVE it now. I really hope we get some more this winter so that we can do some more sledding like last year, as we have the perfect hills on either side of our house. At one point there were some huge snow flakes falling, I wish I would have gotten some pictures of them but we got cold and went inside for some hot cocoa.

Sara, she looks so grown up! So glad you got some mommy-daughter time. I have to see her soon--she is just growing up too fast. Happy New Year!
